If you purchase memberships, unlocks, or listings, we may process transaction references, payment-provider confirmations, and related support notes. Payment card details, if any, are typically handled by the payment provider — not stored by us as full card numbers.

We do not ask for seed phrases or private keys. Do not share them with anyone claiming to represent Xcelerate Trade.

We use information to operate the platform, respond to support requests, improve content and performance, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations when they apply.

Educational content and public pages may be indexed by search engines; account-related or support messages are handled according to need-to-know access.

We may use aggregated or de-identified metrics to understand which Academy paths, strategies, or marketplace features are useful, without selling personal profiles.

We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, email, blockchain RPC) that process data on our behalf under their own terms. On-chain activity you initiate is public by nature of the blockchain.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the platform from fraud or security threats.

When licensed partners assist with identity checks for financial features, sharing is limited to verification and monitoring purposes as described in our AML & KYC overview and this policy.

We may use cookies or local storage for language preference, session continuity, and basic analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings; some features may work less well if storage is blocked.

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect data, but no online service is perfectly secure. You remain responsible for securing devices and wallets you use with the site.

Our service may be accessed from multiple countries. Where data is processed across borders, we take steps appropriate to the providers and purposes involved.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing us, subject to legal limits.
