We do not ask for seed phrases or private keys. Do not share them with anyone claiming to represent Xcelerate.

Educational content and public pages may be indexed by search engines; account-related or support messages are handled according to need-to-know access.

We may use infrastructure providers (hosting, analytics, email, blockchain RPC) that process data on our behalf under their own terms. On-chain activity you initiate is public by nature of the blockchain.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and the platform from fraud or security threats.

We retain information only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes above or as required by law. You can request access, correction, or deletion of personal data we hold by emailing us, subject to legal limits.
