If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the revised terms. Material updates may also be noted on related legal pages such as Privacy and Risk disclosure.

Xcelerate Trade provides trading education, informational tools, and ecosystem features (including planned staking, marketplace, and governance). Some features are preview-only and may change before full launch.

Our product surface may include Academy programs, strategies and indicators, practice tools, marketplace listings, membership tiers, and $XLR-related unlocks. Availability depends on region, membership, and product maturity.

We do not operate as a broker-dealer, exchange, custodian, or investment adviser. We do not execute trades, hold customer funds as a brokerage, or provide personalized portfolio management.

Content is educational and informational only. Nothing on Xcelerate Trade is personalized financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You should seek independent professional advice before making financial decisions.

Past performance, backtests, examples, and illustrative APR or reward figures are not guarantees of future results. Charts, checklists, and screenshots are for learning, not signals to buy or sell.

You alone decide whether and how to trade, stake, unlock content, or interact with digital assets. Read the Risk disclosure before relying on any educational material.

Where wallet connection or membership unlocks apply, you are responsible for safeguarding your wallet, keys, and devices. We never ask for seed phrases, private keys, or recovery words.

Access tiers, $XLR unlocks, and feature availability may change. We may suspend or restrict access for abuse, fraud, security risk, or legal compliance, including AML/KYC requirements when those features apply.

You must not attempt to circumvent paywalls, share gated credentials in violation of license terms, scrape the site in a way that harms service stability, or misrepresent your identity or jurisdiction.

Site design, educational text, branding, and platform software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. You may use content for personal learning as permitted by your access tier; you may not republish, resell, or reverse-engineer the service without permission.

Do not upload malware, harass others, spam, or use the platform for unlawful activity. We may remove content or revoke access that violates these rules.

Third-party trademarks (for example charting platforms) belong to their owners and appear only for descriptive or integration purposes where relevant.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Xcelerate Trade and its contributors are not liable for trading losses, digital-asset volatility, third-party service failures, smart-contract issues, or decisions you make based on educational content.

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation. Preview features may be incomplete, delayed, or withdrawn.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
